Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. A due diligence report is a one-time purchase: one payment, one report, and nothing renews. Monthly plans are separate and optional. See current prices on the pricing page.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Give the company's name and website, press Order Full Report and pay at checkout. The order page that opens after payment follows the report and opens it when it is ready; keep its link. The email you give at checkout is where the report is sent.
How long does it take?
Once you have paid, we ask one question: what the report is for. The build starts when you answer, or by itself 10 minutes after payment. The order page shows the current estimate. You can close it; the report link opens the report when it is ready, and if you checked out with an email address, we send one email when it is ready.
Does the report update itself?
No. It is a point-in-time report: it covers what was on record on the day it was built, and that date is on the report. For a later picture, order a new report. Each one is a separate order.
Can I order one on a private company?
Yes, public or private, listed or not. If a company is not in our list, order it by name and website. A small or very private company may have less on the record.
Can I see a real one first?
