Questions
Do I have to sign up for a plan?
No. The background check is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: you pay once for one report and nothing renews. Plans are optional and separate. Prices are on the pricing page.
When will I get it?
Right after checkout we ask what you need the check for; it starts when you answer, or on its own 10 minutes after payment. The order page shows how long it currently takes. You do not have to wait on the page: the report link works once it is done, and a checkout email gets one message when it is ready.
Will it change if something happens next month?
No. The check is a snapshot of the record on the date it was built, printed on the report. To see what changed, order a fresh check; updates are a separate order.
Is this a background check on a person?
No. It checks a company. The people it names are the company’s leaders and owners, in their business roles.
