Item 4 of the Statement is amended by adding the following at the end thereof: There was a decrease in the Reporting Persons' beneficial holdings of more than one percent of the outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock resulting from the gifting of (i) 43,500 shares of Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by the Dagmar Dolby Fund and (ii) 890,000 shares of Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by the Dagmar Dolby Trust (collectively, the "Transfers"), partially offset by 3,140 shares of Class A Common Stock issued to David E. Dolby upon the vesting of restricted stock units. The Transfers were effected solely for charitable gifting purposes, and were transfers for no value without the payment or receipt of any funds or other consideration by the Reporting Persons in exchange therefor.Item 4 of the SCHEDULE 13D/A filed 2026-02-13
