Item 4 of the Schedule 13D is hereby supplemented as follows: Pursuant to that certain binding scheme implementation deed, dated as of May 27, 2025, by and among the Issuer, Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (''Harmony'') and Harmony Gold (Australia) Pty Ltd (''Harmony Australia''), a wholly owned subsidiary of Harmony, Harmony Australia acquired 100% of the issued share capital in the Issuer by way of a Jersey law scheme of arrangement pursuant to Article 125 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the ''Scheme''). In accordance with the Scheme, on October 31, 2025, the Reporting Persons received the Scheme consideration consisting of $12.25 per Ordinary Share for total consideration of $122,500,000.Item 4 of the SCHEDULE 13D/A filed 2025-11-03
