There has been no acquisition of securities of the Company by the Partnership. This Statement is being filed to reflect the identities of the current trustees of the Donald J. Tyson Revocable Trust as of the date hereof. The Partnership currently has no plans to acquire or dispose of any significant number of Shares. The Partnership currently has no plans or proposals which would result in or relate to any of the transactions described in subparagraphs (b) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D.
