The Reporting Persons remain confident in the management team and outlook of the Company, maintain a position in the Company and intend to continue to hold Common Stock for investment purposes. On March 4, 2026, the Reporting Persons monetized a portion of their investment via a sale of 6,315,245 shares in a block trade pursuant to Rule 144 and subject to customary conditions (the "Subject Sale"). The Reporting Persons may purchase or sell additional shares of Common Stock and other securities of the Issuer. Such transactions could be in the open market and/or in privately negotiated or structured transactions, provided that any such transactions would be on terms deemed favorable by the Reporting Persons. In addition, the Reporting Persons may formulate plans or proposals for, hold discussions with the Company's management, the Company's Board of Directors, the Company's stockholders and other parties about, and reserve the right to explore, or make plans or proposals relating to, transactions, discussions or actions which relate to or would result in any of the matters specified in clauses (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D.
