Put the newest layoff notices for a state on your own site. The tracker lists the latest WARN notices the state has published, each linked to everything on record for that employer, and it updates itself every day. It is free to use; keep the credit line with it.

How it behaves
- No cookies, no tracking, no third-party fonts or scripts: one small page from mentionfox.com.
- Follows the reader's light or dark setting unless you pick one.
- Shows the newest ten notices for the state, refreshed daily, each with the date, place and employees the notice states.
- Every notice links to its employer's page, which links to the state's own file.
Methodology
What counts. A WARN notice is counted in the week of the date the state gives it, once, under the state that published it. An SEC filing is counted in the week it was received. Employee totals add up only the numbers the notices and filings state themselves; nothing is estimated for a record that states none. A company that files in two states is counted in each.
Sources. Each state's notices come from that state's own published WARN file, and every row links to it: California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Washington. SEC filings are Form 8-K reports under Item 2.05, linked to the filing.
Updates. The state files and SEC filings are read every day, and these pages are rebuilt on the same daily run. A state posts a notice when it receives it, so a week's numbers can still grow for a few days after it ends.
