For companies expanding nationally, we help clinicians obtain and maintain licenses across multiple states, manage Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment, and provide collaborative physician and supervision solutions for advanced practice providers. We also help manage clinician availability and scheduling so organizations can align provider capacity with patient demand. Instead of building separate internal teams and systems for recruiting, licensing, credentialing, supervision, and scheduling, healthcare companies can use DirectShifts as a single platform to manage these functions. In addition to telehealth and digital health companies, we work with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations to recruit and deploy clinicians and manage the infrastructure required to support their clinical workforce. By combining technology, automation, and healthcare workforce expertise, DirectShifts helps healthcare organizations launch in new states faster, reduce operational complexity, and scale their clinical workforce nationwide.
