(the "Company") completed its previously announced acquisition of Kiavi, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Kiavi"), pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of June 10, 2026 (the "Merger Agreement"), by and among the Company, Project Mason Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ("Merger Sub"), Kiavi, and Fortis Advisors LLC, as the securityholder representative.
