How to connect
- Step 1: Set Up WhatsApp Business Account & API Access. Register for a WhatsApp Business account (if you haven't already) at business.facebook.com or via your Meta Business Manager. Request access to the WhatsApp Business API. You'll receive API credentials (phone number ID, business account ID, access token). Store these credentials securely. Verify your business phone number and set up message templates that comply with WhatsApp's messaging policies (no spam, no unsolicited promotions without prior opt-in).
- Step 2: Export Your MentionFox Campaign & Contact List. In MentionFox, complete your Social Listening, Lead Enrichment, and Outreach research.
