How to connect
- Step 1: Connect Your Gmail Account to MentionFox. In your MentionFox settings, navigate to Integrations and select Gmail. Follow the secure OAuth prompt to authenticate your Gmail account. MentionFox requests permission to read your drafts and send mail on your behalf—this allows MentionFox to prepare email templates and hand them to you for final approval before sending. Your email credentials remain encrypted and are never stored in plaintext.
- Step 2: Set Up Your Outreach Profile. Configure your sender identity (name, email signature, reply-to address) and any outreach templates or tone preferences in MentionFox.
