Item 4 of the Original Schedule 13D is hereby amended and restated as follows: The information set forth in Item 6 of this Amendment is incorporated herein by reference. On December 17, 2024, President Donald J. Trump transferred 114,750,000 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer to the Trust, of which he is presently the sole beneficiary. Such transfer did not involve a purchase or sale. Donald J. Trump Jr. is the sole trustee of the Trust and has sole voting and investment power over all securities owned by the Trust. The Reporting Persons beneficially own 41.5% of the voting power of the Common Stock of the Issuer and therefore may have influence over the corporate activities of the Issuer, including activities that may relate to items described in subparagraphs (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D. Except as otherwise described in Item 6 of this Amendment, the Reporting Persons have no present plans or proposals that relate to or would result in any of the transactions described in subparagraphs (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D. However, the Reporting Persons reserve the right to formulate future plans or proposals which may relate to or result in the transactions described in subparagraphs (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D.
