On March 20, 2026, the Reporting Person acquired an aggregate of 1,438,075 Common Shares upon the vesting and settlement of restricted stock units issued to the Reporting Person pursuant to the Issuer's incentive plans. On October 28, 2025, the Reporting Person acquired 6,666,667 Common Shares upon the vesting and settlement of restricted stock units awarded to the Reporting Person in April 2024 upon the achievement of a $7.50 Common Share average closing price vesting threshold.
