The information contained in Item 4 of Schedule 13D is hereby amended and supplemented by adding the following information: On July 30, 2025, SK, which directly owned 100% of each of Tillandsia, Areca and Chamaedorea, sold its interests in each of Tillandsia, Areca and Chamaedorea to Mr. Beauchamp and 8RCH. Following the Sale, Mr. Beauchamp directly owns 50% of each of Tillandsia, Areca and Chamaedorea and 8RCH directly owns 50% of Tillandsia, Areca and Chamaedorea.
