Item 4 is hereby amended and supplemented in its entirety as follows: The information set forth in Item 3 of this Schedule 13D is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 4. In connection with the closing of the SPA, Envision was issued Warrants to purchase up to 10,982,412,800 Class A ordinary shares of the Issuer. To exercise the Warrant, the holder of the Warrant shall provide the Company with written notice of its intention to exercise the Warrant (in whole or in part) at least 61 calendar days prior to the date on which the holder delivers a Notice of Exercise pursuant to the Warrant. Each Warrant will be exercisable for Class A ordinary shares represented by ADSs at an exercise price of US$3.4965 per ADS (equivalent to approximately US$0.001093 per Class A ordinary share), subject to adjustment as provided in the Form of Warrant. The Warrants will be exercisable from the applicable issue date until 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on August 31, 2031. Except as set forth above, the Reporting Persons have no present plan or proposal to acquire additional securities of the Issuer.
