MentionFox is built for agencies that manage social listening and lead generation across multiple client accounts. The Agency tier gives you centralized control with per-client isolation, white-label reporting, and automated scan scheduling.
From the sidebar, click + Add Client to create a new client workspace. Enter the client's company name and website. MentionFox will run brand enrichment automatically, pulling the logo, industry, description, competitors, and social profiles. Each client gets its own War Room with dedicated scans, mentions, leads, and reports.
Each client can have independent scan configurations. Go to a client's War Room, open Scan Settings, and set the scan schedule (daily, every 12 hours, etc.). Enable Auto-scan to let MentionFox run scans on the configured schedule without manual intervention. You can also set different platform selections and keywords per client.
Generate PDF or HTML reports branded with your agency's identity. Navigate to a client's Reports tab, configure the report template (logo, colors, sections to include), and click Generate. Reports summarize mentions, sentiment trends, top leads, and competitive insights. Share these with clients on a weekly or monthly cadence to demonstrate value.
The Client War Room Dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view across all clients. See which clients have upcoming auto-scans, review recent scan results, and check report generation history. Use the sidebar to quickly switch between clients. As your client roster grows, MentionFox's automated scanning and reporting ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
