People increasingly ask an AI assistant for a recommendation instead of running a web search. GEO — generative engine optimization — is the work of making sure that when someone asks an AI assistant about your category, your brand is the one it names. GEOFixer is the MentionFox feature that measures and improves exactly that.
GEOFixer checks how the major AI assistants currently answer the questions your buyers would ask, scores where you stand, and gives you a prioritized list of actions to improve. The positioning is deliberate: the goal is to move the answer toward your brand over time, not just to watch it. Every recommendation is concrete and tied to what the assistants are actually saying about you.
Your visibility is summarized as a score out of 100, broken into four dimensions, each out of 25:
Alongside the score you get a "mention vs. citation" view (where assistants know you but don't yet link to you), a per-assistant breakdown, and a queue of recommended actions you can approve.
MentionFox also publishes an MCP server so you can run GEOFixer (and other MentionFox tools) directly from an MCP-compatible AI client. See Developer → MCP for setup.
