Previously co-founder and CTO of Hupo (voice AI; $14M raised; backed by DST Global and Meta), where he spent four years shipping production voice AI for Morgan Stanley, Prudential, HSBC, and Grab in English, Thai, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. He still has the Hupo file named thai1 through thai15, each line a hand-run speech-model experiment; that file is Speko's entire thesis. Earlier a software engineer at Amazon; MS in CS from UNIST, Korea.
