At Orca, we are focused on creating the future of spacecraft operations by moving control onto the vehicle. By allowing LLMs to control the satellite using deterministic tooling, we are able to achieve the same holistic, high-quality decisions on "what" to do to carry out a mission while maintaining the safety of systems that decide "how" to execute it.

His work focused on autonomous fault recovery and self-healing systems for aerospace platforms. Jacob has an MS in Robotics from Santa Clara University and an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech.
