BambooHR Integration
Export MentionFox candidate evaluations and dossier intelligence directly to BambooHR. When you run a Candidate Evaluation on a person, the results — fit score, skills gap analysis, interview questions, and personality profile — can be attached to the candidate's BambooHR profile.
How to export
- Run a Candidate Evaluation on any person in People Finder (15 credits).
- On the evaluation results page, click Export to ATS.
- Select BambooHR from the dropdown.
- Match the candidate to an existing BambooHR profile or create a new one.
- The evaluation report, dossier summary, and DISC/MBTI personality data are attached as a note and PDF.
What gets exported
- Fit Score — Overall match percentage against the job description
- Skills Gap Analysis — Missing skills and development areas
- Interview Questions — Role-specific questions generated from the evaluation
- Personality Profile — DISC type, MBTI indicator, communication preferences
- Dossier Summary — Career timeline, shadow network, online presence analysis
Tip: Run evaluations on multiple candidates for the same role, then use Fox Compare to generate a side-by-side comparison report. Export the comparison to BambooHR as well.
