Invite colleagues, assign roles, control who can see which clients, and manage your team from Settings → Team. Team seats come with the multi-seat plans — Agency includes 5 seats and Enterprise is unlimited — so if you're on Free or Pro (single seat), you'll add team members after upgrading. See the pricing page for seat counts per plan.
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or cancel pending invitations from the Team page.

For agencies managing multiple clients, you can restrict team members to specific clients. This is useful when account managers should only see their assigned brands.
The team member only sees the selected clients in their left nav and reports. All other client data is hidden.
Their session is terminated immediately and they lose access to all data. Any scans, reports, or dossiers they created remain in the account -- nothing is deleted when a member is removed.
If you need more seats than your plan allows, upgrade at Settings > Billing.
