Team Management

Invite colleagues, assign roles, control who can see which clients, and manage your team from Settings > Team.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter their email address and select a role (see roles below).
  4. Optionally restrict their access to specific clients.
  5. Click Send Invite. They receive an email with a link to create their account or join your team.

Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or cancel pending invitations from the Team page.

Client-Level Access Control

For agencies managing multiple clients, you can restrict team members to specific clients. This is useful when account managers should only see their assigned brands.

  1. Go to Settings > Team and click on a team member.
  2. Under Client Access, toggle from "All Clients" to "Selected Clients."
  3. Check the clients this person should have access to.
  4. Click Save.

The team member only sees the selected clients in their sidebar, War Room, and reports. All other client data is hidden.

Changing a Member's Role

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click the member's name.
  3. Select a new role from the dropdown.
  4. Click Save. The new permissions take effect immediately.

Removing a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click the member's name.
  3. Click Remove from Team and confirm.

Their session is terminated immediately and they lose access to all data. Any scans, reports, or dossiers they created remain in the account -- nothing is deleted when a member is removed.

Seat Limits By Plan

If you need more seats than your plan allows, upgrade at Settings > Billing.

Use the Viewer role for stakeholders who need to see dashboards and reports but should not run scans or modify data. This keeps your credit usage predictable.
